Our candles are hand-poured using plant-based soy wax. We choose the wax for clean, even burning and good scent throw.
Do you provide wax certificates / documentation?
Yes — wax documentation and certificates (wax certificate) are available upon request. Contact us and we’ll share the documents for the batch used.
Where are your candles designed and made?
Our candles are designed and handmade in Poland in small batches.
Are they all identical?
Because they’re handcrafted, no two pieces are exactly the same — slight variations in color and finish are natural.
How long does fulfillment take?
Typical fulfillment takes 5–7 business days because many candles are made fresh to order, allowed to fully set and stabilize, then quality-checked and carefully packaged.
How do you package orders?
Each candle is packed in a clean, sturdy cardboard box and then placed in additional outer packaging to protect it during shipping, so it arrives in perfect condition.
